What does Profhilo do?

Profhilo puts a high dose of hyaluronic acid, 64 mg in one 2 ml syringe, just under the skin at ten points. Instead of staying where it is placed, the gel spreads through the surrounding tissue over a day or two. There it draws in water and nudges the skin into producing extra collagen and elastin of its own, so it looks plumper, smoother and a little firmer by about eight weeks after the second session.

It changes the condition of the skin and leaves the shape of the face alone, which is why it is usually described as a skin booster or a bioremodeller and never as a filler. Profhilo treatment in London explains the course in full, and the Profhilo glossary defines each term.

  • HydratesThe gel binds water across the treated area.
  • Firms graduallyCollagen and elastin build over about eight weeks.
  • Leaves your shape aloneNothing is filled, lifted or reshaped.

Profhilo for the face, neck and body

The full face is the standard treatment: five points on each side, on the cheekbone, in front of the ear, beside the nostril, at the chin and above the angle of the jaw. The neck has its own ten-point pattern, and the décolletage and the backs of the hands are treated the same way. A larger version, Profhilo Body, is used on the inner arms, the abdomen and above the knees.

It suits skin that is dry, dull or slightly loose. It will not fill a hollow, lift a heavy jowl or treat the thin skin directly under the eye, and an honest assessment says so. Profhilo for the neck and body sets out what each area below the face can and cannot change, and Profhilo treatments in London lists the prices for each.

  • FaceTen points, one 2 ml syringe.
  • Neck and chestA separate pattern, same course of two.
  • BodyA 3 ml version for arms, abdomen and knees.

Profhilo results week by week

The difference between before and after Profhilo is in the skin’s surface, its moisture and its bounce, so it shows best in daylight without make-up. In the first two days you may see small bumps at the injection points. After one week those have gone but most of the change is still ahead, and from about two weeks many people notice fresher, smoother skin.

The fuller result builds for around eight weeks after the second session and usually lasts about six months. Take your own photographs in the same light before you start and compare them then. Profhilo before and after, week by week goes through each stage and each area.

Profhilo cost in London

Practitioners at UNTIL Marylebone and UNTIL Soho publish £240 to £400 for a single Profhilo session and £450 to £550 for the course of two, checked on 13 October 2026. and Soho

UNTIL Marylebone is at 1 Orchard Street, W1H 6HJ, where Orchard Street meets Wigmore Street; Marble Arch station is a 4-minute walk and Bond Street takes 8. UNTIL Soho is at 111 Charing Cross Road, WC2H 0DT; Tottenham Court Road station is 2 minutes away on foot and Leicester Square 5. The form asks which areas interest you and which club suits you, and takes about two minutes. It asks nothing about your health; the practitioner covers that face to face.

Concierge finds a practitioner

An assessment in person

In daylight, the practitioner studies your skin, asks about your health and medicines, and says plainly whether Profhilo fits what you want. The full course price is given before you commit.

Two sessions, then a review

If it suits you, the course is two sessions about four weeks apart, each under 15 minutes of injecting. Compare photographs about eight weeks after the second session.

Profhilo in London
what people ask first

How much does Profhilo cost in London?

The practitioners Profhilo London works with publish £240 to £400 for one session and £450 to £550 for a course of two, the standard starting point. Profhilo Body for the arms or abdomen is £600 for two sessions at one practice. Your practitioner confirms the figure at the assessment, and nothing is charged before then.

How long do Profhilo results last?

Around six months after a completed course of two, sometimes a little longer. The gel itself breaks down; what lasts is the extra water and collagen the skin holds. Most people then book one maintenance session rather than a full course. The practitioner Profhilo London connects you with will explain how your skin affects that.

What does Profhilo do?

It hydrates the skin and prompts it to make more collagen and elastin, so it looks smoother, plumper and slightly firmer over about eight weeks. It does not add volume or change the shape of the face. Profhilo London explains the treatment so you can judge whether it fits what you want to change.

Is Profhilo the same as a filler?

No. Both are hyaluronic acid, but a filler is built to hold its shape and add volume in one spot, while Profhilo spreads out to improve the skin over a wide area. Profhilo London connects you with practitioners who give both and can tell you which one your concern calls for.

What does Profhilo look like after one week?

By one week the small injection bumps have usually gone, and the skin may look slightly more hydrated, but most of the change has yet to arrive. Freshness often shows from about two weeks, and firmness builds for eight weeks after the second session. Profhilo London suggests judging the result then, not at week one.

Is there downtime after Profhilo?

Very little. Expect small bumps at the injection points for a day or two and possibly a bruise. Most people return to work straight away; leave make-up off for 12 hours, and give the sauna, the gym and a drink a miss for a day. Profhilo London advises booking the first session at least a week before any big event.

Is Profhilo safe?

It has a long safety record: the maker’s 2025 surveillance data logged 371 reported problems among about 1.09 million people treated on the face, mostly swelling, redness and discomfort. Who injects you still matters. Profhilo London connects you only with practitioners holding clinic at UNTIL clubs; check their registration before your session.

Where can I have Profhilo in London?

Profhilo London connects you with practitioners at two UNTIL clubs in the West End: UNTIL Marylebone at 1 Orchard Street, between Marble Arch and Bond Street, and UNTIL Soho on Charing Cross Road by Tottenham Court Road station. Five practices publish it in Marylebone and two in Soho.

Who will treat me if I enquire through Profhilo London?

An independent practitioner who holds clinic at UNTIL Marylebone or UNTIL Soho; of the six practices publishing Profhilo there, four are doctor-led and two nurse-led. Profhilo London belongs to the UNTIL group, and your enquiry goes to UNTIL Health Concierge, who match you by area, club and availability.
